Garrett was my sales representative and he was professional from start to finish He answered my questions promptly by text email and in person we test drove a couple of cars until we found the r professional from start to finish He answered my questions promptly by text email and in person we test drove a couple of cars until we found the right one for me ! After I had selected my new car he handled everything with expertise and consideration He covered every point of sale and trade in to make the process as easy as possible. Jaik was my finance administrator and explained everything very throughly so I understood everything I was signing and answered all my questions! I feel like It was a perfect car buying experience and would not hesitate in referring these representatives of the company. The whole Mazda experience was outstanding !!! More

Fantastic experience at Mazda Roseville, started off test driving vehicles at the Elk Grove Auto Mall. We really liked the CX-90 that we drove at Elk Grove Mazda but they didn't have the color combo we liked driving vehicles at the Elk Grove Auto Mall. We really liked the CX-90 that we drove at Elk Grove Mazda but they didn't have the color combo we liked, my son had previously purchased a car there and had a great experience working with Garrett in sales. Come to find out he was no longer there but I was able to track him down at Roseville Mazda. They had the exact vehicle that we were looking for. Garrett was quick to respond to my email and we set a time to meet the very next morning. It was well worth the hour drive to meet up with him, we got a very fair deal that we feel great about. Max in finance made the "paperwork" very easy, explained everything very well and got us out very quickly. Garrett then went over all the tech in the vehicle, made sure our phones were paired and we knew how to use all the wonderful features this vehicle has to offer. I would 100% recommend Garrett and Mazda Roseville. More

After nearly 30 days of frustration trying to make progress elsewhere, I was honestly ready to give up on buying a car altogether. I was essentially a ready buyer, but another dealership failed to engage me effectively, and even my own credit union still had not responded by the time I had already purchased and closed on my vehicle. Garrett recognized a serious buyer, moved quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process incredibly easy. He even personally located and picked out the exact vehicle I had been searching for — pearl white with red leather interior and every feature I wanted. What made this experience exceptional wasn’t just efficiency, it was Garrett himself. I felt stressed until the moment I met him and shook his hand, and then I completely relaxed. He has a calm presence, exceptional emotional intelligence, and matched my communication style immediately. He listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t want, never pressured me, and made the process genuinely enjoyable. I admired his professionalism, style, and salesmanship from the first minute until we said goodbye. What truly set him apart was what happened after the sale. Garrett personally delivered the car to my home, brought all paperwork to me, and all I had to do was sign a few papers.
