It has been well over a decade since I went to a dealer to buy a car so I was quite nervous about the process. We went last weekend and met with Josh and then with Gary on the financing, etc. There was no hassle or pressure at all and they were very fair, honest, friendly and respectful. I wanted to trade in a 20 year old Suburu Outback in rather poor physical (but good running) condition mostly just to not go through the hassle of selling it myself and while they were pretty honest about it's low value they never questioned taking it and did all the work regarding title, sales transfer, etc. Would definitely recommend. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I was promised a free Carfax and still haven't received it. More
