Gary explained all the useful features of my new KIA before I left the lot, so I was confident and distraction-free as I cruised around for my first ride. The showroom was clean, the coffee was hot, and the complimentary cookies were a nice touch. Best experience I ever had purchasing a car!!!!!!! I want to start by thanking Kate Gurcik who called to schedule me an appointment to come in to buy a car with Gary Abrams. I explained that I had a poor credit but needed to trade in my van for a KIA Sorento. Gary Abrams was patient and understanding!!! He took the time to show me many options and test drive the vehicle. I told him I am a nurse and need a vehicle that could handle the snow if needed. He also took the time to speak to my husband on Face Time and explain to him our options. I explain our situation why our credit was poor and there was no judgment. Within the next hour in a half Gary came out and told me I was getting the KIA Sorento I picked!!!! I was so happy, then Gary Abrams came out with a new flat screen LG television and said "Merry Christmas" I could not believe it! It brought me to tears ! I will always come back to Burlington KIA and recommend this place to everyone I know!!!!!! Finally I want to thank Gary Abrams for being patient understanding, for answering all my questions, and for making this the best experience ever!!!Everyone in Kia Burlington was polite and friendly!
