In return he was open and up front with me, not promising me he could deliver, but promising me he would go the extra step for me and do everything he could to help, and in the end he got the job done. I am a single father of three kids and my time is limited. Most dealers go back and forth with you getting your hopes up only to be turned away in the end. The process was quick and painless. I inquired on a vehicle at 6:30 on Friday night and I was driving away by 10 am Saturday morning. They accommodated my children while at the dealership and acted as if they were part of the process rather than part of a problem. Every single person from sales to management acknowledged me and treated me with respect even though they weren't in on the deal and that says a lot. I thank them in the most sincere way possible and I am confident in saying that I know where my next vehicle will be purchased from and I will be referring friends and family to this dealership.
