Not having purchased a new vehicle for a little over ten years, I started my quest in search of 'the' car. I narrowed it down to four and was about to give up when more than a few of my friends recommended years, I started my quest in search of 'the' car. Weary from my search and worried that I would not handle matters in the best way, I politely declined. But I got a 'second wind' and so I traveled up the highway to check out Kia - my last stop on my quest. Well, I certainly was glad I did. Gary Abrams introduced himself, sat me down and actually listened to my concerns. After test driving some models, I chose a 2012 Kia Forte - fully loaded - and Gary worked out the purchase to suit my needs. Gary even took a great deal of time to go over the programming of the blue tooth (oh who am I kidding, he programmed it!), and gave me a crash course on all the many other features. On April 17th, i went into Burlington Kia not sure what to expect. Upon arrival, i was introduced to Gary Abrams. I absolutely love the vehicle. From the handling to the gas mileage to the bluetooth features of the car, i absolutely love it!! Very friendly, seemed to be a nice guy, He did not tell us the significance of the red tags attached to our keys. We only found out after we had thrown them out. Being a professional, touring musician, I was specifically looking for a particular vehicle with certain options. I had several dealerships tell me that they couldn't get the make and model that I wanted. Others didn't even bother to call me back. I even went to KIA on the Boulevard in Philadelphia where I waited a half an hour for a representative. Note that I left before anyone assisted me. In a final attempt to locate the perfect KIA, I called Burlington KIA. From the second they answered the phone to the turn of the key, Mr. Abrams and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with. Negotiations were quick and painless, and entire transaction was the quickest I have ever experienced with the purchase of a new car. I had my heart set on a Kia Soul for about a year and knew it was time to go get one. I went to another Kia dealership and wasnt happy and remembered friends recommended Burlington Kia. I decided on a white one and he came with me for a test drive and was very explanatory on the car. He also helped me get it financed since I dont have A-1 credit. He helped me with tying up some lose ends with my trade in. i would recommend this dealership and Gary Abrams to anyone looking for a Kia!!! I came all the way from Jersey City to Burlington Kia based on these other reviews and it was worth it. I hadn’t bought a car in 7 years and honestly I was nervous and not looking forward to it, but Gary based on these other reviews and it was worth it. I had a print out of the Rio I wanted to see in hand. I had an old beat up car that wasn’t worth much. I didn’t have that much cash to put down, but I had pretty good credit and a monthly payment in my head. Gary and I worked it out quickly and easily and I drove off with a beautiful new car. Gary was committed to making sure I was satisfied. Case in point: I drove off the lot and remembered I left my EZ Pass tag in my old car. When I returned to get it, Gary came out to me right away to make sure I wasn’t having any problems with the car. More
