Where do I begin...after a very bad experience with another local dealership my husband and I decided to come to Burlington Kia after seeing the commercials about staying thrifty my friends, we said wh another local dealership my husband and I decided to come to Burlington Kia after seeing the commercials about staying thrifty my friends, we said why not. We came for a Kia Soul. Then we met Gary. What to say about Gary??....except that he is AWESOME!!! What a great salesperson. Real down to earth, explained everything to you, was very knowledgeable, courteous and overall a nice man. I will be honest with you my husband and I don't have the best credit and we told Gary this in the beginning and he didn't even blink an eye at this. He worked tirelessly to try to make our dreams come true and low and behold he did it...3 hours later(yes 3 hours)...tonight we drove out of there in our very first brand new 2012 Kia Soul and made us very happy. If you want a salesperson that will work hard and long hours to get you what you came in there for, go see Gary Abrams. I will be recommending him and all the sales people at Burlington Kia for anyone that is looking for a Kia. Great Job Gary!!! And thanks again for your hardwork. More

While driving up to the dealership. I met a gentleman standing outside the entrance. As soon as I exited my vehicle, he said,"You must be Annamae". I was expected. What a welcoming feeling. Gary Abrams(s standing outside the entrance. As soon as I exited my vehicle, he said,"You must be Annamae". I was expected. What a welcoming feeling. Gary Abrams(surely one of a kind, a rara avis) knew what car I was looking for and began showing me all of the Kia Souls on the lot. As we walked around he emphasized all of the positive features of the Kia Soul. There was no aggressive or arm twisting pressure to buy one vehicle over the other. He assured me that he could find the vehicle, if it existed, and have it delivered to the dealership. I test drove the Kia Soul and found it extremely comfortable, even for a new car. While waiting back at the dealership, Gary purchased coffee for me, and gave me a comfortable private area to sit in and offered television viewing to pass the time. I was shocked that they found exactly the Kia I wanted. Gary showed me how to use the unique key, although the car had a push button start. He walked me through the Navigator System and synced my mobile phone to the car's Bluetooth system. I received follow up phone calls regarding my insurance, and asked when I wished to come in for my extra key. Gary always offered options, decisions I had to make: not the rules of the dealership. I finally felt like Cinderella at the ball who left with my glass slipper. He made the buying experience easy, pleasant and comfortable. I have a Kia dealer closer to my home but I keep coming here for the excellent service. Everyone here is so friendly. I whole-heartedly recommend Gary Abrams. My husband and I knew we wanted a 2012 Kia Soul. We wanted to stay within a budget so we were looking for the best deal. Our insurance company has an auto buying service helped us get quotes from various dealerships. Of all the dealerships we spoke with, Burlington Kia worked hardest for our business. Gary Abrams was the most responsive sales person I think we've ever worked with. I used to be in sales, so I have pretty high standards for other sales people. It's a tough balance to be eager enough to help someone without being over-aggressive or a pushy sales person. Well, Gary strikes the balance wonderfully. I highly recommend you give Gary a call if you're looking for a Kia. Good cars. Great safety ratings and super gas mileage. Thanks Gary for all your help! More

After having a nightmare of an experience attempting a new car purchase at a nearby dealer,we traveled,on a whim, a few days later to Burlington Kia .It is not close, but wer saw on line that it had a goo new car purchase at a nearby dealer,we traveled,on a whim, a few days later to Burlington Kia .It is not close, but wer saw on line that it had a good size inventory of the Souls and Reos that we were looking at. Had no intention of buying that day,but Gary Abrams is very good at what he does. We say that with a smile.We drove out of their lot in our new Soul, happy,and pleased on all counts. To say we had some anxiety and fear about the whole process,after our last shady dealership fiasco----would be a great understatement. We told Gary this. He said their dealership does not do business that way. I was not not sure of that until the final t was crossed and i dotted. Sorry, but after dealing with an unsavory, under-handed dealer ,only days before, our trust level was very low. Gary introduced us to the various members of the staff there,while we waited for the process to be completed.We were about to drive off when Gary asked for my cell and sitting in the Soul programmed the blue tooth for we tech -challenged.Also went over some of the dash control details we were not familiar with. What can we say?! We are writing this review one day later, and are wondering if we should pinch ourselves . Thanks, Gary and crew. More

From the time I walked into the dealership and met Gary Abrams he made me feel like I knew him my whole life I felt he was going to do whatever it would take to make my car buying experience enjoyable. I was not a ideal customer my situation was difficult I explained this to Gary and he didn't even blink although I had stop to two other dealerships and they would not even offer me a seat without making me feel that there was no hope for me to buy a car. Even though my situation was not going to be easy to get a bank approval as I was waiting I started to worry Gary could see this and still reminded me that the manager was going to do whatever he could do to get me approved Gary never looked like the deal was not going to happen he stayed with me until deal was approved I'm not sure who was more happier me or Gary but the funny thing is he was happy for me and I believe that. Thank you Gary Abrams for not just being a salesman but a real great person that didn't let my situation determine my customer service that you provided to me. More

Wife an I been out all day looking for a second car, with no luck. Stopped at Burlington Chevrolet. Walked that whole lot and the sales persons never even came out to ask if we needed any help until we wer no luck. Stopped at Burlington Chevrolet. Walked that whole lot and the sales persons never even came out to ask if we needed any help until we were leaving, even though they were standing in the doorway. So we left I asked my wife if she wanted to stop one last place, as we were passing Burlington Kia. And that is when we met Gary. Just as we got out of the car he asked if we needed any help. What a big difference from the last place. Could't find one on there lot, so he check the computer and found a 2003 Dodge Durango but it was at there sister lot so off we were. To my surprisewe were at the same lot that we had just left Burlington Chevrolet. Boy I don't want anything to do with this place, so back at Burlington Kia I explained to Gary that we were just there. But Gary has been so professional thruout the whole process. It was quick and easy an no B.S. Don't really want to help out the other lot one bit, but I have to give all the credit to Gary for making this car sale. It has been a pleasure meeting an doing business with all the people at Burlington Kia I will be telling all the people I know to check this place out. More
