This was our first experience with Burlington Kia and I have to say I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know! When we arrived we were greeted by Gary Abrams who made us feel very comfortable right away. From that point on we knew our experience would be a good one, he made us feel right at home. My son was looking at one of their used cars he saw on their website. We saw all of the brand new Kia's and wished we could get a new car instead of the used car but knew that getting a brand new Kia was probably out of our price range. Gary Abrams, our salesman was determined to make our wish come true! Thanks to him my son drove away with a brand new 2012 Kia Forte! Gary worked so hard for us that I couldn't thank him enough for all his time and effort that he put into getting my son financed. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made sure our experience was a good one. We live about 50 miles away from Burlington Kia and it was well worth the ride! I would highly recommended this dealership and Gary Abrams to everyone I know. I want to Thank everyone at Kia for the wonderful experience we had, especially Gary Abrams. More

Since we had a great experience the year before we decided to go back, I was ready to trade in a SUV for a more gas efficient car (and since our boys are driving age we did not need the larger vehicle). We had Mr. Gary Abrams as our sales consultant. We explained to him what we were looking for and the payment we wanted to pay. Mr Abrams showed us all the efficient cars and ones that was in our price range. Mr Abrams was very nice and polite and worked closely with us, not once did I feel forced or bullied. I settled on a Spectra 5, I love it! More

This was our first time dealing with Burlington Kia & our experience was wonderful. We had been driving down Route 130 to check out a list of dealerships. Burlington Kia was not one of those on our lis our experience was wonderful. We had been driving down Route 130 to check out a list of dealerships. Burlington Kia was not one of those on our list, we saw it and made a last minute turn into the driveway. As we got out of our car we were greeted by Gary Abrams. He asked what exactly we were interested in purchasing and he came up with a couple suv's to show us. Gary took us out for a couple test drives until we found the perfect vehicle for us. The vehicle was priced a little higher then we wanted to pay, but Gary worked with us to make was we wanted happen for us. Oh and by the way this was one of those days that it poured for hours. Which means Gary walked around & drove vehicles with us in down pouring rain; we were all soaked by the time we were finished. I would definately recommend this dealership & Gary to anyone interested in a new/used vehicle. Gary worked hard to get us what we wanted while he got to know us personaly which you probably wouldn't get anywhere else. Our next vehicle will in no doubt be purchased from Burlington Kia. More

My husband and I received a call from Mr Abrams about trading in our Explorer SUV for another used car. From the very beginning Mr. Abrams was polite, courteous and very professional. Mr. Abrams greeted us with a bright smile and he was so very nice. He explained to us both what our options were and he work so hard to get us the right deal within our budget range. I highly recommend Mr Abrams for his dedication, motivation and for making our visit at Kia such a wonderful experience. We not only receive the car we wanted but it was a brand new car (2012). My husband and I knew our 12 year old Mercury Sable was on it's last legs, and I had been very interested in the Kia Sorento for some time. I found Burlington Kia on the internet, and filled out an intere on it's last legs, and I had been very interested in the Kia Sorento for some time. I found Burlington Kia on the internet, and filled out an interest questionnaire. I received a $100 coupon, plus a phone call from Gary Abrams within an hour of my inquiry. I was able to tell him what we were interested in and he assured me they had some Sorentos that met our needs. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting for me. It really took the pressure off of me to be able to walk in to the dealership and have someone waiting for me, since my husband was initially unable to come with me to look. Gary was so very friendly, helpful, and patient. He went through the car and explained all of the features- including the very important safety features and ratings. He showed me where all of the departments were located in the dealership, and also alerted me to Burlington Kia's "new tires for life" offer. I have not always had positive experiences with car salesman from other dealerships- but Gary was excellent. I was able to find exactly what we were looking for- and am so happy to have chosen the Sorento. It is an amazing car with great looks and features. When my husband arrived a few hours later, we were able to complete our purchase! By the time we completed the paperwork, the detailing shop was closed (understandable at 8:00 on Saturday night), so I was able to return for a full detail a few days later at my convenience. More

I had a great experience at Burlington Kia! I live about an hour away, but saw the Kia Rondo on their website and had to go check it out. I still have to get back up there when my plates and registration are ready, but their friendly faces make it worth the drive. The finance guy was amazing too!!!! He explained everything with out making me feel like an idiot, and was patient with my questions. The only semi-complaint i have was the cleanliness of the car. Had i not lived so far away i may have asked them to give it a good cleaning on the inside, but it was late at night and we all wanted to get outta there. Other than that, thanks guys!!!! More
