My husband and I knew our 12 year old Mercury Sable was on it's last legs, and I had been very interested in the Kia Sorento for some time. I found Burlington Kia on the internet, and filled out an intere on it's last legs, and I had been very interested in the Kia Sorento for some time. I found Burlington Kia on the internet, and filled out an interest questionnaire. I received a $100 coupon, plus a phone call from Gary Abrams within an hour of my inquiry. I was able to tell him what we were interested in and he assured me they had some Sorentos that met our needs. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting for me. It really took the pressure off of me to be able to walk in to the dealership and have someone waiting for me, since my husband was initially unable to come with me to look. Gary was so very friendly, helpful, and patient. He went through the car and explained all of the features- including the very important safety features and ratings. He showed me where all of the departments were located in the dealership, and also alerted me to Burlington Kia's "new tires for life" offer. I have not always had positive experiences with car salesman from other dealerships- but Gary was excellent. I was able to find exactly what we were looking for- and am so happy to have chosen the Sorento. It is an amazing car with great looks and features. When my husband arrived a few hours later, we were able to complete our purchase! By the time we completed the paperwork, the detailing shop was closed (understandable at 8:00 on Saturday night), so I was able to return for a full detail a few days later at my convenience. More

I had a great experience at Burlington Kia! I live about an hour away, but saw the Kia Rondo on their website and had to go check it out. Gary was helpful, funny, and had immense American Idol knowledge to an hour away, but saw the Kia Rondo on their website and had to go check it out. Gary was helpful, funny, and had immense American Idol knowledge to help entertain my daughter during the car buying process!! I still have to get back up there when my plates and registration are ready, but their friendly faces make it worth the drive. The finance guy was amazing too!!!! He explained everything with out making me feel like an idiot, and was patient with my questions. The only semi-complaint i have was the cleanliness of the car. Had i not lived so far away i may have asked them to give it a good cleaning on the inside, but it was late at night and we all wanted to get outta there. Other than that, thanks guys!!!! More

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Kia Burlington. I would say that both time have been great. This time we traded in our Kia Optima for a brand new Kia Soul. My wife has been bugging me for some time to go to Kia and try and buy this car for her. We walked into the dealership as we had an appointment with Gary Abrams. This was our first time dealing with Gary, and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. He was helpful and insightful. He knew what we wanted, and got us a great deal on it. He went out of the way to make sure we would be happy with what we were going to buy, and we all got what we wanted, a black Kia Soul, with sunroof, and the lights around the speakers. Thanks Gary and Kia, we will be back in the future to purchase more vehicles. More

I was in the market for a car and after looking online and in-person at various dealerships, I was wary and untrustworthy of car salesmen to say the very least. And then I went to Burlington Kia and met and in-person at various dealerships, I was wary and untrustworthy of car salesmen to say the very least. And then I went to Burlington Kia and met Gary Abrams. I felt I could trust Gray; that he would not steer me wrong and that I was getting exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. And none of this had to do with the fact that we were both fans of ELO (which is always a plus as far as I'm concerned). The entire staff was professional, well-educated in the various makes and models of cars (and not just the Kia cars they're known for). I bought a used, Nissan Altima, and have never been more pleased with a car, a dealership and a salesman. But I really don't want to call Gary a salesman - I'd rather call him a gentleman who I had the good fortune of meeting who helped me buy a car. I've told everyone I know about my experience at Burlington Kia and with Gary Abrams. I even gave Gary's card to a woman at a grocery store who was complaining about not finding a salesman she could trust. In the future, if I ever need a new car, I'm heading to Burlington Kia and to Gary Abrams. More

I bought a new Sportage for my daughter in college. The safety ratings brought us in to the dealer. We came across the Sportage in the lot and loved it immediately. The price was in our range. After driving we went to talk about the finace loans. Gary was able to bring everyone to the table while we worked out a 2.3% loan. I also recieved a fair trade in for our Rondo which had 50k miles. I highly recommend the dealer and their vehicles. Gary was instrumental in working out our deal. My daughter was quite happy to trade her white Rondo for the very appealing looking Sporatage. More

I came to Burlington KIA, looking to buy the new 2011 Optima SX. I did my homework to educate myself on exactly what I wanted and even though it took me three visits to finally purchase my car, Gary has Optima SX. I did my homework to educate myself on exactly what I wanted and even though it took me three visits to finally purchase my car, Gary has always been welcoming, respectful and knowledgeble. I felt respected and important from the first time I walked in and when I drove off their lot with my spectacular new ride! He took the time to educate me on some the fantastic new features to get started and provided information to contact him if any further questions should arise. His professionalism alone made my overall experience very satisfying as a consumer and that's worth a lot in my book. More
