I love the way you walk onto the premises of the sales lot and all employees are so welcoming. They are all very nice and helpful. They do not only accommodate you on your car but also while sitting the lot and all employees are so welcoming. They are all very nice and helpful. They do not only accommodate you on your car but also while sitting there waiting for your car to be worked on. They offer food or drinks and always check on you. They send items on the internet of sales that they are having and promote them at those times. More

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Kia Burlington. I would say that both time have been great. This time we traded in our Kia Optima for a brand new Kia Soul. My wife has been bugging m Burlington. I would say that both time have been great. This time we traded in our Kia Optima for a brand new Kia Soul. My wife has been bugging me for some time to go to Kia and try and buy this car for her. We walked into the dealership as we had an appointment with Gary Abrams. This was our first time dealing with Gary, and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. He was helpful and insightful. He knew what we wanted, and got us a great deal on it. He went out of the way to make sure we would be happy with what we were going to buy, and we all got what we wanted, a black Kia Soul, with sunroof, and the lights around the speakers. Thanks Gary and Kia, we will be back in the future to purchase more vehicles. More

I was in the market for a car and after looking online and in-person at various dealerships, I was wary and untrustworthy of car salesmen to say the very least. And then I went to Burlington Kia and met and in-person at various dealerships, I was wary and untrustworthy of car salesmen to say the very least. And then I went to Burlington Kia and met Gary Abrams. I felt I could trust Gray; that he would not steer me wrong and that I was getting exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. And none of this had to do with the fact that we were both fans of ELO (which is always a plus as far as I'm concerned). The entire staff was professional, well-educated in the various makes and models of cars (and not just the Kia cars they're known for). I bought a used, Nissan Altima, and have never been more pleased with a car, a dealership and a salesman. But I really don't want to call Gary a salesman - I'd rather call him a gentleman who I had the good fortune of meeting who helped me buy a car. I've told everyone I know about my experience at Burlington Kia and with Gary Abrams. I even gave Gary's card to a woman at a grocery store who was complaining about not finding a salesman she could trust. In the future, if I ever need a new car, I'm heading to Burlington Kia and to Gary Abrams. More

I bought a new Sportage for my daughter in college. The safety ratings brought us in to the dealer. We came across the Sportage in the lot and loved it immediately. The price was in our range. After driving we went to talk about the finace loans. Gary was able to bring everyone to the table while we worked out a 2.3% loan. I also recieved a fair trade in for our Rondo which had 50k miles. I highly recommend the dealer and their vehicles. Gary was instrumental in working out our deal. My daughter was quite happy to trade her white Rondo for the very appealing looking Sporatage. More

When I arrived I had a great experience at Burlington KIA. I was searching for a used VW for months and I happened to find one on their website. When I arrived at the dealer I could not believe the vehicle was three years old. The paint had no marks and the interior was also perfect. Gary Abrams showed me the car and even took me for a test drive. He was very professional and made me and my parents feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to Gary Abrams and Burlington KIA because it was such an easy process and I love my car. Thanks Gary. More

I came to Burlington KIA, looking to buy the new 2011 Optima SX. I did my homework to educate myself on exactly what I wanted and even though it took me three visits to finally purchase my car, Gary has Optima SX. I felt respected and important from the first time I walked in and when I drove off their lot with my spectacular new ride! He took the time to educate me on some the fantastic new features to get started and provided information to contact him if any further questions should arise. His professionalism alone made my overall experience very satisfying as a consumer and that's worth a lot in my book. More

Gary was a pleasure to work with, he took his time to show me multiple vehicles and explained just about every detail of the car. Gary took the time to get to know a little bit about me and was receptive to my needs and the main purpose of my vehicle. He did not try to push me or pressure me into anything outside of my comfort zone. All of my follow ups with Gary have been plesant, he worked to have some minor paint issues corrected and when the NJ DMV took a little longer than I'd expected to provide my registration Gary worked to resolve that and I received it the next day. In all the entire experience was a good one and I am enjoying my new car. One of the nicest things for me, as a relatively new mom is that on the occasions I have needed to speak with Gary he has alwys asked about my son, by name. More

During my random stop at Burlington Kia I met Gary Abrams. He was really nice, friendly, and understanding. He was very patient, he took us to 4 of the lots they have to show me cars that I told him Abrams. He was really nice, friendly, and understanding. He was very patient, he took us to 4 of the lots they have to show me cars that I told him I could have been interested in. If I didn't like a car he did not get upset or keep asking me he simply took me to the next. After showing me several cars, he finally showed me my car. I really liked it, but I did not notice that it was stick shift. Gary had the patience of showing me how to drive stick and how it worked. He even offered to teach me if I ever came by. Throughtout the awesome experience my mom was very worried, and Gary would talk to my mom with patience and understanding. I had a lot of fun cheacking out cars that I told him I was looking for, he did not show me cars I didn't ask for. So thanks to Gary I bought my 2009 Nissan Versa, and I'm loving stick shift. Thanks again Gary! More
