GARY ABRAMS was personable on the phone, at the door and all through the sales process. Gary quickly perceived the two separate and distinct purposes for my mother's and my visit and successfully brought us all through the sales process. I first inquired about a Rio online and was emailed and then called to possibly come in to set up an appointment to look at the car. I came in and they ended up being out of Rios but I was shown the Forte then called to possibly come in to set up an appointment to look at the car. I came in and they ended up being out of Rios but I was shown the Forte instead and I loved it. Gary was able to work up a good price for me and it was fantastic as it was my first new car. I walked out of there with a great car for an even better price. Gary and the financing team did a fantastic job. I was very happy with my experience there. More

I went to Burlington Kia on Saturday May 14 to try my luck at a key I received in the mail. As I was walking into the dealership I was greeted at the door by Mr. Gary Abrams. It was about 15 minutes befo luck at a key I received in the mail. As I was walking into the dealership I was greeted at the door by Mr. Gary Abrams. It was about 15 minutes before closing time. Gary said come on in and lets see if you won anything. I did not win a prize but that was ok. We talked a little about cars and I told him I would be interested in a Kia SOUL +. Gary went and got the keys and we went for a test drive. The dealer stayed open late so I could go for a test drive. I told Gary I would be back with my wife as it would be her car if we bought one. I talked to Gary a few times during the week and told him I would be back in on Saturday May 21 2011. My wife and I went to visit the dealership on Saturday morning and when we pulled up they had the car sitting right at the front door for us. We wanted a Silver SOUL + and there it was waiting for us. We were greeted at the door by another gentlemen and I told him we were there to see Gary Abrams.This gentlemen took us right over to Gary Abrams. We got started right away and we went for a test drive and my wife drove the SOUL and loved it. We came to a quick agreement on my trade in and a final price on the new SOUL and my wife and I drove off in her new car. Everyone at this dealership is very professional and very helpful. We then met Mike and he did all the paper work for us and we signed everything and off we went in my wifes new Soul. Burlington Kia has a very good selection of cars and very good prices. Everyone at Burlington Kia was very nice to work with. More

There's nothing more to say except that Gary Abrams, Rich, Mike, and the rest of the team at Burlington Kia are the absolute BEST!!! From the exceptional customer service to the professionalism, to the Rich, Mike, and the rest of the team at Burlington Kia are the absolute BEST!!! From the exceptional customer service to the professionalism, to the pricing... these guys know how to treat their customers!!! Also, Kia now has some of the best vehicles out on the roads today!! Design, performance, fit and finish, fuel economy... it's all there in one fantastic package!!! Hopefully the Sedona gets the same redesign treatment. Overall, my experience at Burlington Kia was top notch and I wish them the best!! I will be shopping there again in the very near future!! More

I just brought my second car from Burlington Kia, and again I had a great experience. Gary Abrams was great, he helped my husband and I through the entire process. Customer service was more hospitable then some dealers who just whant to get you in and out. The Quality of work especialy during our contract signing,was a comfort everything was made clear to our unders who just whant to get you in and out. Mr.Abrams asured my wife and I that he would do everything in his power that we get the service we desirve. Overall our experience was one that we will talk about for a long time. Last but not leas was the price,we were blown out of the water, with numbers that we were offered,their was no way we could turn down an offer like that. The KIA visit made our day. More

I can't say enough about ALL of the employees at Burlington KIA. While customer service is something that we all may take for granted, these guys TRULY come through for the consumer. I went in on Burlington KIA. While customer service is something that we all may take for granted, these guys TRULY come through for the consumer. I went in on a Friday night with my mom (who just bought her OWN KIA) and didn't expect much. However, when Gary met us at the door, I knew that the experience that we were going to have was going to be one of pleasure. He took us through every step. He allowed ME to pick out the KIA that I had wanted. He didn't "direct" me, so to speak of what he "thought" I should have. Gary took the time to ask questions, learn some of my interests and was able to share a laugh or two ALL while getting the job done. One test drive and I was hooked. Gary knew that I wanted this new car in thw worst way. He took the time to lead me through ALL facades of the financing. Alas, my credit was not great. Yet, here is where Burlington KIA kicks major ass! Gary, Rich York and the ENTIRE staff jumped through hoops to put me in my brand new Alien green Kia SOUL. They are NOT afraid to explain and try different ways to put the customer in the vehicle of their choosing. Gary and Rich stayed until after 10:00 pm that night to complete all necessary paperwork and ensure that "Bob" (my SOUL's name!) was in great shape to be taken to his new home! With their help and the help of both my mother and father, I am now driving the car that I fell in love with nearly one year ago. Like the commericial for the Kia SOUL says "You can get with this, or you can get with that" ... I will ALWAYS get with Burlington Kia. They are an amazing group of guys that deserve much praise and many many thanks. I have already reccomended others to the dealership. More

My husband and I are AAA members and we had been searching for a new SUV that would fit in our garage. It seems that most mid sized vehicles had gotten somewhat "larger" until I discovered the KIA S searching for a new SUV that would fit in our garage. It seems that most mid sized vehicles had gotten somewhat "larger" until I discovered the KIA Sorento. Great dimensions, V-6, lots of "tech" and AAA pricing which was great. We arrived with our pricing on an early Friday evening and were greeted by Rich York sales manager. Our sales person, John Lockett took my husband for a test drive. Very nice vehicle and it was a painless transaction as promised. They price matched the best AAA price and also the trade in price that we had received from other dealers. Also, received wheel locks(very important) and IPOD cable. Gary Abrams assisted us with the SAT radio and Navigation and other features at delivery. Service dept. personnel also very nice and put on wheel locks upon arrival. People, listen up....do your homework and get a good price from a buying service and negotiate off of MSRP/ Invoice. You'll do fine. It is worth checking out Burlington KIA. I hope my hubby has many happy years of safe and trouble free driving with his Sorento. He deserves it. FUNNY STORY:Somehow, the New York Jets license plate frame from his trade in vehicle was lost. I will have to get Mr. NY Jets a new plate frame. Maybe I could put the Eagles plate frame on the FRONT of the car for me! HA HA! More
