As a follow up to my earlier rating regarding the dead battery issue in my Jeep, it was determined by a different dealer that the replacement Mopar battery installed by this service department, even after battery issue in my Jeep, it was determined by a different dealer that the replacement Mopar battery installed by this service department, even after insisting that it didn't need to be replaced, because I had already replaced it before bringing the problem to this service facility, was defective. One would have thought that after over 40 days of the vehicle sitting in this service center, they should have been able to isolate and determine that the replacement battery was defective. After replacing it, I have not had any further battery drain issues, so I am happy to say the issue was successfully resolved by a separate service center. It is unfortunate, the service manager could not work with the technicians to follow through and fix this very basic issue, a bad replacement battery. I think if they would have spent more time troubleshooting and diagnosing it, rather than letting the vehicle sit in the parking lot for lot for over 40 days, they would have been able to repair it. After years of servicing four different vehicles here, unfortunately I cannot currently recommend, this service department, or Stellantis Customer Support, I doubt my next vehicle will be a Stellantis vehicle, after a loyal customer for over 40 years. Had radio replaced due to my radio delaminating. There was damaged caused to the trim around my radio that I had to find on my own. No one reported it. And it was tried to be passed by me. My car was returned with the tires low on air, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off and the oil sensor/monitor was not reset with the oil change. They kept the car an extra day so there was time to dirtier than when I dropped it off and the oil sensor/monitor was not reset with the oil change. They kept the car an extra day so there was time to have had these things addressed. I am not confident the oil was changed, and given that I experienced issues at this dealership last January when the oil change was not performed but should have been I am concerned. More

My jeep was in for annual inspection. They had s check engine light appeared but they we able to clear it and the fault did not return. Jeep passed inspection.
