my car issue was not resolved. the dealership just made it worse. After 15 years of receiving good service at Cortese, I am very disappointed. I don't know about the sales department but the service department is miserable. My truck (2020 1500) has been in 4 times in the past month for the same problem. Each time, I'm told it's fixed, when less department is miserable. My truck (2020 1500) has been in 4 times in the past month for the same problem. Each time, I'm told it's fixed, when less than a mile down the road, the messages pop up. Can't get a loaner and they've now had the truck for 2 days. NEVER again, Cortese. More
