I watched my Jeep get parked in the lot. I then waited for 15 minutes to be notified that my Jeep was ready to go but nobody came to get me. I went to the check-out window to see if anybody knew anything for 15 minutes to be notified that my Jeep was ready to go but nobody came to get me. I went to the check-out window to see if anybody knew anything about my vehicle but nobody was there at the desk. Finally someone walked by and asked if I was being helped and my response was no. This person went to the technician who checked me in originally and he got the answer for me as it turns out my new 2021 Jeep needs a new windshield to be installed! More

Yesterday I picked my car up after having the front control arm recall completed which does not cover the alignment that they reccomend and today part of my front end came apart making my car not drive control arm recall completed which does not cover the alignment that they reccomend and today part of my front end came apart making my car not driveable.
