Very satisfied with my used car purchase. I was interested in a used toyota truck that this dealership had put up for sale. I stopped by the dealership one day without making a schedule and on I was interested in a used toyota truck that this dealership had put up for sale. I stopped by the dealership one day without making a schedule and one of the sales guys, Gary, made time to talk with me about the truck. I don't really like going to or buying from dealerships because of the hard sales pitches and unfriendly environments, but I felt very comfortable talking with Gary about the truck. He didn't try to sell me on it, he just answered the question I had and handed me the keys for a test drive. When I told him I probably wasn't going to buy it today, he didn't shoo me out the door. He answered a couple more questions I had about the truck then let me go on my way. Several days later I called him and talked about an offer I wanted to put in. Again, he didn't try to force me over and buy the car at their price right then. He let me put in my offer. Later on I ended up buying the truck. This is how a dealership experience should be, no hassle or hard sales pitches, just friendly conversation. More
