Having worked in customer service for more than four decades. I'm familiar with the challenges. I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone. The staff always goes the extra mile. Too often, superior service goes unrecognized and unrewarded. While some folks are quick to complain, few happy customers take the time to compliment.
