From the moment we purchased our brand new vehicle, we have had nothing but issues and inconsistencies with the sales person and management. Additionally, as military purchasing a vehicle outside of our h have had nothing but issues and inconsistencies with the sales person and management. Additionally, as military purchasing a vehicle outside of our home of record the dealership lost our registration and did little to help us locate where it was sent to. While the service department has always been helpful, we will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would discourage others as well. More

I have been in 3 different times in the past month for various things and normally do not have any issues; however, a recent visit resulted in a nice scratch on the side of the driver door that was not th various things and normally do not have any issues; however, a recent visit resulted in a nice scratch on the side of the driver door that was not there prior to dropping my Tundra off; truck was there for two days getting a warranty repair done. Gary is outstanding as always (our go to guy) and Warren (Service Manager) assured me the damage would be fixed at no cost, which is great! I only gave this a 4-star rating due to the inconvenience since I now have to return again but for body work. Outside of that, the staff is great and had no other issues in the 5 years I have now been a customer. Looking forward to the call back to get this issue resolved in the next month before I leave town. -Pat More
