Klaben Ford has the best stock in trucks I have seen and if it is not in stock they will find it or will order it( unlike some dealers).Gary James is the best person to take care of our Truck needs. Gary has always listened to what we have to say about what type of truck we want, I would recommend him as a fair and honest person who is a great salesman. He never "sold"us our trucks he helped us make an informed decision so we could buy Trucks that better fit our needs. If we weren't thrilled with our experience we would not have purchased as many Ford trucks as we have. Because we have been treated so well by the Klaben Ford, Gary, Nick and the service department we keep coming back. We love Ford Trucks. More

The financial person messed me around for 4 days!!!!! He kept telling me all was good just waiting for final approval...Well on Thursday afternoon around 4pm I got told they can't count my second income???? Really money is money!!!! So do I recommend this dealership xxxx TO THE NO!!!!!! So on Friday June 10th my dad and I headed towards boardman, ohio to start shopping... We got lost and ended up in Warren,OHIO. We had to pee so we see a big ford sign and dad says well it's ford and we will find something there!!! He likes ford...lol...So 3 hours and a pee break later I was signing papers for a 2016 Ford Edge from Klaben Ford Lincoln Mercury!!! And guess what they had no issue with my second income, and even got 1.9 interest... More
