Great customer service. I was having a problem with my steering so I took it in. Gary Phillips was my service advisor and once the problem was diagnosed, he called me and I was having a problem with my steering so I took it in. Gary Phillips was my service advisor and once the problem was diagnosed, he called me and my husband to explain the rather expensive to fix problem. Then he called the company our extended warranty was with to see it the part was covered. He then called us back to confirm it was covered. All these phone calls took time out of his already full schedule. When I picked up the car, he thoroughly covered everything that had been done. As always, Crown Honda was top notch. More
