We brought our 2019 Passport to Crown Honda on 03/25/21 for an issue with the center information and radio unit. It had no power and no functions. Gary Phillips who has taken care of us for prior routin for an issue with the center information and radio unit. It had no power and no functions. Gary Phillips who has taken care of us for prior routine service handled this issue for us. The service tech. determined it was an amplifier issue and Gary had the part delivered overnight for us. Their diagnosis was correct and the ordered part fixed the problem. Electrical issues can be the hardest to fix but the folks at Crown Honda got it right.
