Great service at the dealership! We loved the Service Advisor, Gary Phillips. He was amazing. We will only contact him when we need service in the future. We had previously tried to use two other Service Advisors at your dealership and after our initial contact with them, we couldn’t get them to call us back because we had questions. One was a man and the other was a woman, and to us that is just not good business. We were ready to find a new dealership to use and if we hadn’t had the good fortune to meet Gary on our last visit, we probably would have even if we had to drive further. Crown is a great dealership and we will continue to use them exclusively! Thanks Gary Phillips for making our experience such a wonderful one!! More
