WOW! Sarah and Gary were so awesome. I went in there with strict criteria’s and they checked every single box! I felt super comfortable during the whole process and everything seemed transparent the whole ti strict criteria’s and they checked every single box! I went in there looking for a Nice luxury car at an affordable price and Sarah pulled up so many listings I didn’t know where to start. I got a Cadillac CTS and I am in love with it. Bad experience No Lincoln bad service Brought 2019 Ford Fusion in for software update recall. Needed copy of registration card. Everyone walked by us like we were invisible. Instead of washing car when done with "service' they give you a coupon for a Delta Sonic Basic Brush Car wash. When did that start? When we had the Lincoln it was a different story. It took 5 hours for a "3 hour" upgrade. No one called. I had to call them 3 times before I got an answer. I never saw our "Client Service Manager" again once he got us the shuttle home. The shuttle driver was GREAT! More
