Instead of washing car when done with "service' they give you a coupon for a Delta Sonic Basic Brush Car wash. When did that start? When we had the Lincoln it was a different story. It took 5 hours for a "3 hour" upgrade. No one called. I had to call them 3 times before I got an answer. I never saw our "Client Service Manager" again once he got us the shuttle home. The shuttle driver was GREAT! More
