I wasn't even planning on buying a car for several months, but the package that Luke gave me was too hard to resist, so I bought a very beautiful 2019 Ford Explorer. From Toyota to Lincoln Luke, did a great job in converting us from a Toyota family into a Lincoln customer. He introduced us to the Lincoln brand and helped us narrow down Luke, did a great job in converting us from a Toyota family into a Lincoln customer. He introduced us to the Lincoln brand and helped us narrow down our selection to the MKZ and the Nautilus. After test driving 6 different cars we had our decisions made. Once we made the decision we threw a curve ball at Luke and told him we wanted to trade in 3 cars and payoff a 4th car outside of this transaction. Luke offered to pay off the 4th car for us which allowed us to leave the dealership and not worry about our cars for another 3 years when our leases expire. The negotiation, financing, training and turnover ran seamlessly. Now all that is left is to enjoy the ride! Thank you for all your help. Bill and Maureen More
