I very close friend bought a vehicle there and was given a very poor deal and was sold a lot of things she didn't need or understand. I went to the dealership to talk to Gary with her and was actually threatened by him 2 times in the conversation in front of 2 people. He said he would get me and that I didn't know who I was messing with. Well Sorry Gary you don't scare me. But he did manage to bring tears to my friends eyes. Her Husband whom passed recently worked for rizza for over 20 years and they treated her very poorly. She is now stuck with a vehicle that was overpriced and sold extras that she didn't understand or want.They even told her she HAD to rustproof her truck before she could drive it in the snow. Best advice I can say is to STAY AWAY from this place especially if you arent there with a support team of price and car experts. That family has bought from Rizza a few times before and so have I. I would recommend a Dealer like Willowbrook or Packey Webb as at least they treat you like a human with respect. And I know there will be a generic Response stating to call and discuss this but if you really care, Reach out and call me to discuss. More
