Mikhael was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and even comical to spend time with during the entire process which in turn made it less stressful with the push ones of some others. I normally don't care much at all for most sales people but Mikhael offered so much help to us before, during and even after the purchase with his cheery disposition, he truly made it pleasant and still does every time I go back for any services with my warranty. Thank you Mikhael, we appreciate it!! Also very helpful were Fernando in finance and David in service department has been great, thank you. We will come back agin for our next vehicles and hopefully work with the same people 👍🏼 Mikhael keep up your silly jokes, it made it more fun for my boyfriend and I to laugh haha. Kim S-F More

He showed me every bell and whistle that came with my car and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed before sending me on my way. I returned there 3 yrs ago and purchased a 2012 Challenger - which was an awe My family has been purchasing vehicles at Carl Burger Dodge since 1978. I returned there 3 yrs ago and purchased a 2012 Challenger - which was an awesome experience. 2 weeks ago I went to just look at the new Ram 2500 and 3500 Diesel trucks. I found THE ONE that I fell head over heels for. I wanted to sell my Challenger and I also had a 04 F250 to put cash down on a truck. Sid listened to my situation, allowed me to test drive the truck I liked and test drive the 2500 Ram to compare the rides. Sid was knowledgeable about both trucks gave me pros and cons about each for the type of use I am going to use the truck for and was never pushy, deceitful or try to convince me I needed to purchasing "something". My husband was with me and suggested that we run some numbers to see how much I need to come up with to purchase the truck I was interested in. Sid's sales team - Garrett and Gary - worked with Sid and me, providing several options to choose from that would work for me when I decided to purchase this truck. Well, I was so excited that they LISTENED to my initial thought that I just wanted to get information first and come back to buy when I felt ready, were so easy to work with, provided me with excellent options after just a few questions that fit my specific situation without any high pressure sales techniques, deceiving number juggling or the 100 trips back and forth to the "manager" game. As my husband and I were discussing the options they provided (which we took our time) Sid was so kind and patient, offered us drinks, snacks, food and made us feel like we were long time friends. Sid and his sales team never made us fell like we were wasting their time if I walked out without buying that truck. After a reasonable amount of time Gary came back to our table to find out how we were doing, asked if we decided yet without any pressure, asked if we had questions, concerns, or counter offers. Again, I never felt like I was being pressured or that they were tag teaming me to convince me to buy the truck. My husband (which was also so awesome and wonderful with helping me make the best decision for me buying this new truck) and I weighed out the options and I picked the one that allowed me to say YES!!! and rang the hell out of that bell!! loll So THANK YOU SID!! You are awesome at your job!! Garret and Gary you too were AWESOME to work with and I thank you for all of your help! Thank you for not pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting your time if I walked away and for all of the options you provided me to purchase my dream truck!! Last but not least is when I signed all the finance documents. Mike was very pleasant to work with as well. He also did not try to pressure me into purchasing all of the additional add on's (warranty, service stuff, etc.) He provided me with the information that was available and accepted the answers I gave without the guilt trip. He worked with me to so I could obtain financing thru my own bank because I felt it was more convenient for me. THANK YOU MIKE!! I would highly recommend Carl Burger Dodge for any vehicle purchase!! Christian R. helped me quickly find a car that I absolutely fell in love with! He, with the help of his boss Gary, were able to get me a great deal on my car and a fair price for my trade in. I am a first time buyer and was uncertain about whether or not I would be able to get the car that I wanted but they made it happen. I was dreading the paperwork the most because I heard it was very time consuming and confusing but Fernando, the finance manager, was able to help me very quickly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and these salespeople to anyone that needs to buy a car! More

New truck purchase Salesman's (Patrick Moot) attitude and help was the reason I purchased the truck. The Manager (Gary) was arrogant, and not helpful in the least; insi Salesman's (Patrick Moot) attitude and help was the reason I purchased the truck. The Manager (Gary) was arrogant, and not helpful in the least; insisted I needed to produce a copy of my DD214 in order to get the Military Discount; this is after I informed them this document (and copies) had been lost in my garage fire. I carry my retired Military ID card but was told it had to be the dd214 (there are other documents that work as well), or I couldn't get the discount of $500. His attitude, and manner caused me to lose my temper and was ready to walk out. I was so angry that when my wife started telling me to calm down, I lost it and told her to shut-up (SOMETHING I'VE NEVER DONE).I find it difficult to believe he is employed for the dealership. In 1995 I purchased a 2500 Ram (Cumins) from there (still drive it) and will not return for another vehicle if Gary T. is still employed (I don't need the stress. If you shop there, I hope Gary is not involved in your negotiations. More
