They told me they would call me back ASAP, they never did, and I had a decent down payment, with a trade in valued at 2200.00 dollars. I was not trying to get some 40 or 50, 000 dollar vehicle, just getting something basic.My cosigner could not believe it, I even attempted 1 phone call back to them, and was given a run around. I will never go there, very Pathetic vustomer service. More

We decided that we wanted to purchase a used car that was a couple years old. A friend told us about Carl Burger Dodge and assured us that we would get excellent service and a fair deal there. Even though we live in Oceanside and Carl Burger is in La Mesa, we decided to take the trip on the advice of our friend. Well I have to stay the trip was worth it! The experience we received from the moment we drove up was nothing less than exceptional. Gary Thiem made sure we were well taken care of. We were introduced to Able Chemsi who set us up with salesman Sam Portes. They were very friendly and professional. We had already done some shopping on their website, so we had an idea of the vehicles we wanted to check out. The first one we looked at was the prefect one for us. Sam took us out for a test drive and we knew that it was the one we wanted to purchase. Sam was able to answer all of our questions and went over all of the features of the car and even synced my iphone for me.. The financial part of buying the car was also a great experience. We feel we got a fair trade-in on our truck and an exceptional price for the car and extended warranty. Mike Kaziyev handled the finance. He was through and efficient, explaining all of the options to us so we could make the best choice for our needs. Over all our experience with the Carl Burger team was outstanding! We are very happy with our purchase and will highly recommend this dealer to our family and friends who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
