Mikhael Mikhael a great sales rep :) This review is long overdue but I purchased a vehicle from here in the fall of last year and although we originally went to look for a vehicle for my This review is long overdue but I purchased a vehicle from here in the fall of last year and although we originally went to look for a vehicle for my boyfriend, we ended up trading in my old suburban in for a much more mileage friendly newer Dodge Journey. Mikhael was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and even comical to spend time with during the entire process which in turn made it less stressful with the push ones of some others. I normally don't care much at all for most sales people but Mikhael offered so much help to us before, during and even after the purchase with his cheery disposition, he truly made it pleasant and still does every time I go back for any services with my warranty. Thank you Mikhael, we appreciate it!! Also very helpful were Fernando in finance and David in service department has been great, thank you. Jack worked with Gary and they were able to get me into a brand new version of the vehicle I was originally looking at. Jack was extremely helpful, kind and fun to work with. He showed me every bell and whistle that came with my car and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed before sending me on my way. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/used car. More
