I have a 2020 traverse and I ALWAYS take my car to the dealer. A few weeks ago they changed my battery and I almost had an accident because they didn't install it correctly. I cameback a week ago to the dealer. A few weeks ago they changed my battery and I almost had an accident because they didn't install it correctly. I cameback a week ago to the same dealer to change my front brakes and now my car is making squeaky sounds near the brake pads. I have wasted my mornings where I could have been working. This Monday I will take the car, yet again, to the dealer and see if they can fix the sounds, and if not, I will not hesitate to bring this to corporate. In the end, the person that recieved my car was really nice and helpful, but I still have the sounds coming from my brake pads... More

Repair took way too long. I gave specific details and the part needed (a simple thermostat) was not inst9ck and could not be located in a day. I had a serious problem with my convertible collecting rainwater inside the car with the top on and windows up. They were able to find the issues and fix them.
