Slightly chaotic and unorganized. I was initially sold a vehicle that was already sold and had to wait for another vehicle to arrive which after I was there for 5 hours was told it will be the next day. By the time I got to Gemma in finance I was a little aggravated and voiced my thoughts of backing out of the deal. Somehow Gemma seemed to have taken that personally and it showed immediately in her body language and verbally. There definitely should be a better way for the salesman to know if a vehicle is being processed for a another potential buyer. More
