I had an awesome experience at Glen Toyota, Richard Morales was so helpful and nice. He also assisted me in figuring out which auto finance plan best fit my budget. Management was very nice and the finance dept., put my best interest 1st. Awesome experience Sales staff was energetic and fun to be around with as I waited to go to finance. You have to experience for yourself. THUMBS UP! More

When I first went to Glen Toyota to purchased my car, I had serious reservations but against my better judgement I stayed. I arrived for my 9am appointment and Richard was no where to be found but I was as had serious reservations but against my better judgement I stayed. I arrived for my 9am appointment and Richard was no where to be found but I was asked to sit at his desk and wait. While waiting, I hear arguing in the back. Manager, Genaro and Richard come out, clearly distraught. Richard down plays it and says he was yelled at because he was late. I was prepared to purchase the car, so I stay. During the transaction, another manager John asks to speak to Richard privately. Richard comes back with papers, which were photographs of his desk, showing customers’ personal information left out in the open. Again, another red flag. But we’re already in the buying process so I stay. One positive is that the buying process was actually quick and John offered to look at the car I was previously leasing to help me understand the lease return process. A little awkward experience but overall, not terrible. The month following has been a disaster. Richard offered to return my previous lease for me the same day but failed to do that. When I continued to ask him about where my car was, he was evasive. I called the dealership several times with no return phone call for two days. I called Nissan and was told my car was not returned nor was there a pending inspection appointment for my car. At this point I’m worried because I don’t know where my previous lease was and the payment had still not been made, which was part of the deal. When I finally spoke to a Genaro, he was rude and dismissive. I came to find my car was sitting in their lot, unoccupied for 19 days. Finally they followed through and got my car inspected and provided proof of the payment. When I was told to pick up my plates I was told that I owed $70 because the original costs were “estimated”. When I asked why I wasn’t told about any possible charges Genaro told me it is not the responsibly of car sales man to provide that detail because I signed the paperwork. Shocked with his response, I questioned if this was a common practice for their dealership. He then told me to return the following day to speak to the general manager because there was nothing he was willing to do to help. Again he was extremely rude. Before I left the parking lot, Richard did come outside and gave me my plates in hopes that I wouldn’t leave a truthful comment about my experience. Honestly, in my experience buying a car is never great but this was hands down the worst experience. If I could return my Toyota today and go to one of their competitors, I would without hesitation. I can’t speak to everyone who works there but I would certainly stay clear of Richard and Genaro if you had to go to this Toyota Dealership. More

Very disappointed! No counter offer was given after I made an offer for a vehicle. I was told the sales price was the final offer. I didn't feel like this place was truly trying to sell me a car. I didn't even get a follow up after the offer or another vehicle suggestion. Customer service skills needs improvement!. More

Outstanding consideration for the buyer My experience in purchasing a new Toyota Camry SE from Glen Toyota was outstanding. I was unsure of whether I wanted an LE or an SE, so the salesperso My experience in purchasing a new Toyota Camry SE from Glen Toyota was outstanding. I was unsure of whether I wanted an LE or an SE, so the salesperson, Richard Morales, who was outstanding, brought both vehicles for me to check out and compare. After I decided on the SE we then negotiated price. I must say that the offer was exactly what Kelly Blue Book indicated as a fair selling price for the year and model. After agreeing to the purchase and making my payment, the car that I chose was taken to clean up so that it could be released to me in clean driving condition with a full tank of gas. At that time one of their personnel, Shaena, joined me and my wife in the vehicle to go over all of the electronic features and settings required to implement all of the safety and enjoyment features to make the ride a safe and pleasurable one. All in all, it was a formidable experience. More

Returning/Renewing lease On Saturday, November 16th 2018, I returned 2 vehicle leases from Glen Toyota and renewed 2 new vehicles because I was happy with the service and cars On Saturday, November 16th 2018, I returned 2 vehicle leases from Glen Toyota and renewed 2 new vehicles because I was happy with the service and cars. The difference in the new deal wasn't as transparent as before. In the past I dealt with a salesman by the Last name Brito Jan 2k15 when I leased 2 Rav4 2k16. Fully transparent and explained a every detail. It was under my impression that the quality of integrity was still at Glen Toyota. I returned 1 2k16 Rav4 XLE and 1 LE. The XLE had all the features that my new 2k18 Hilander XLE has. Which is why I chose both new models to XLE. The Hilander is great but the RAV 4 wasn't so much. Genaro said I didn't have those features in my 2k16 Rav4. I have paperwork and Vin# to prove it. (which they did not want to see and printed their version of that "deal" that reflected a 2k14 XLE). "Apparently," Models change year to year and what edition carries or includes what. That wasn't brought to my attention until I use the car. It Did not have navigation, nor sensors throughout the vehicle. Which is why I picked the XLE: I had it for the past 3 years and know the Vehicle. It's bad business to assume that the consumer knows the ins and outs of a contract. It is your job to explain those details to the consumer. I was told to come in by Rich (who sold me the cars) to see what the manager can do, because my wife is not happy with this transaction; lack of transparency. The manager told me "nothing can be done, You picked, I didn't and you signed." We expressed our needs and I was lip serviced a "deal", they were not met. Our "ticket page" was placed in the little white and red folder during the signing and it wasn't explained. Even a proper walk through on the vehicles wasn't given, I would've picked another model etc. I spent 6 hours at the dealership that Saturday. Entering at 11a.m. leaving at 5p.m with my wife and my 1 year old. I contacted Rich that Sunday and I have text and call logs to prove it. Called Monday, Manager wasn't in to rectify the contract before it locked in. "Come in Tuesday." Called Rich Tuesday, "we both not here come Wednesday we'll work it out." 3 days of false hope and returned today and I was left with this: "Nothing can be done, You picked, I didn't and you signed." -Genaro Rosario. Besides the car I did not want, My family also took this home with them. This will be my 5th and last car with Toyota. That not how you treat a loyal Customer. More
