Sami was great with getting back to me, setting up time and date for test drive. Eugene Gardy was quick to answer my question, print a car fax and over. A professional. It's not at the dealership it's off site being detailed. So I sit for 20 minutes waiting for it to come back. I did have a 11am test drive set up and confirmed probably 3 times so that we're you lose a star. Michelle was great at getting my insurance all set up. A very nice lady. Schedule pick up of car for 6 pm next fay. I check in with girl at front desk. After 10 minutes of waiting.( girl at desk disappears) I send text that I'm there and ready to finish deal. Within a minute a nice man sat me down and we did paper work. He pulled car up for my 16 yr old daughter and backed it I. Which was nice of him. Overall a great experience just be mindfully of other people's time as I work 2 jobs and 80 hours a week to afford a car like this and don't want to waste minutes but again you have some really great people More

Unfortunately several technicians called out the day of my service leaving my husband to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He did not mind and just waited while many others complained. my service leaving my husband to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He did not mind and just waited while many others complained. When he was checked out the service man told him it would be free today for the inconvenience. How awesome was that. He didn’t have to do that but greatly appreciated. Will be back for future service and hopefully a new car since this is where my husband also just purchased his new pickups truck. Thank you. More
