He made sure I got the car I like that fit my budget since my husband and I originally thought about either Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. Blake was able to sell us Honda Accord in an excellent deal (no one can beat their price). It took 10 min on the process of paper work, Darrell Kendall took care this part for us, no pushing buying warranty like other car dealers would do. They don’t look like other car dealers that rusting you to buy, say one thing then do other things, all they do is to ask you to come in and didn’t give you the price you were told, Keep you in the dealer too long to make you worn out and make a bad decision. He and his manager (Gene) were able to identify that I had missed asking for the locks for the tonneau cover and through their close attention to detail were able to help rectify a mistake I was about to make - gladly paid a little extra for the locks for the cover. The finance person (Wayne) also got us right thru the paperwork with no delay. Summary - every aspect of the operation was A+. I highly recommend them. Wes More

Excellent service from our salesman, Mike Tan Mike assisted us in making our decision to purchase a new car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to locate the car we , my wife and I had selec Mike assisted us in making our decision to purchase a new car. The process was complicated by the fact that my wife is disabled, and her car needs some modifications for her to drive it. Mike told us about a Honda rebate program which we were unaware of at the time, which will help defray some of the costs associated with the car modifications, and even referred us to a friend who was in the business of making the vehicle safe for my wife to drive. Mike worked with us, to make sure the car we selected, by driving us to a company that could do the work. I think Mike went above and beyond to help us out, and has been very accommodating with follow up calls after the sale and delivery to teach my wife and I about the features of our new car. "Met and exceeded expectations" I found a new Accord Hybrid on the internet at a very good price at Crown Honda. I inquired about the car and immediately salesman Jonathan Plasky con I found a new Accord Hybrid on the internet at a very good price at Crown Honda. I inquired about the car and immediately salesman Jonathan Plasky contacted me via e-mail. I asked him about fees and anything extra added to the cost and in less than 20 minutes he gave me a "drive out" price. This was important since I was 4 hours away. We talked the next morning, loved the price, and he said he would pick me up at the airport if I decided to buy. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jonathan was honest, up front and a nice person. There was no surprises. Thank you Jonathan. My only regret was not buying my 2 previous Hondas from Crown and Jonathan.....A special shout out to Nick Feliciano in Finance for helping me out and enabling me to get home early.. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Gene Nigro in management. Not only did he e-mail me before my flight, he met me twice afterwards to make sure everything was going well.
