The vehicle needed $2000 of repair I went to Alpha Motorsports to buy a Honda CR-V 2010. It was priced too sell. The sales people knew what they were doing. My sales guy was Ahmet. He I went to Alpha Motorsports to buy a Honda CR-V 2010. It was priced too sell. The sales people knew what they were doing. My sales guy was Ahmet. He was helpful. When we started the car the engine light came on. They took the car to the mechanic and he replace the 3rd cylinder spark plug. Well a week later the engine light came on, I took it the Honda Dealer they said the valves needed adjustment and the head gasket was blown and needed to remove the head to fix the problem. The price $2500.00 This was an old problem, water was going in the cylinder. The radiator is new. I Called the dealer and talked to Ahmet and he offered $300 and that's all they were going to do. I should file a lawsuit. I did get the check. The dealer was aware of the problem. they reduce the price from $13,999 to $11,999. alpha Motorsport most likely knew about this. The vehicle other then the Head problem, it runs fine. my next car. No more jacked leg so cal private dealers like Alpha Motorsports. I do not recommend this dealer to an friend or enemy. I have the vehicle fixed by a private shop and it cost me less $1725.00. The vehicle run fine. The right think to do was fix the vehicle or pay the shop to fix it or refund my expense. I had extended warranty and they are just as bad. Good thing I got the money from my credit union and they gave me the money back, all $1350.00 for the warranty. I most likely will trade it in a year or two and will go to Honda Dealership to get my next car. More

Unsatisfied This was the worst experience i have had with a dealer. First they waited to pay the trade in off until it was about to go on my credit report it took This was the worst experience i have had with a dealer. First they waited to pay the trade in off until it was about to go on my credit report it took me calling multiple times before it was done. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. My wife and i took it for a ride and liked it so we did all the paper work.We walked out with our kids got in the vehicle went to leave pulled out of the parking lot and the service all wheel drive light came on so i turned around and Ahmad said don't worry we will fix it we take care of our customers. WRONG they asked us to drop it off to let radley take a look at it. This is our only vehicle and we have 3 kids.Ahmad said it will be ready tomorrow.WRONG 11days later and multiple phone calls finally talked to a manager Shak. Shak said we will put a new sensor in and the wiring harness that controls it. Ok so i thought it would fix it.WRONG then Shak said it needs a rear differential and that is going to cost you $800. I'm a working man that doesn't have that kind of money set a side for a vehicle i just purchased from them.Shak said we are not making enough money to cover that your trade in needed work as well.They test drove the trade in as well I guess its all about money not customer service . I am very unhappy with the whole experience. Now i have an all wheel drive that is only front wheel drive and has the service light on.The reason i picked this vehicle was because it was all wheel drive.AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A DEALER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED More

I went in with a gaurd up expecting the pushy, bad used car dealership experience. Instead, I was surprised to see how friendly everyone was. I was educated further about all the cars I was I had inquired about. I did not feel pushed to buy on the spot at all. I am happy to say I will be making a purchase from them this weekend. More

Great customer service I wanted to surprise my husband with a new car on Christmas, I found a 2008 Impreza sti and since almost all the mechanic shops were closed or booked I wanted to surprise my husband with a new car on Christmas, I found a 2008 Impreza sti and since almost all the mechanic shops were closed or booked due to holidays, I couldn't do a a pre-sale inspection but I wanted to buy the vehicle before Christmas as a gift. I spoke with the manager, Shak, and he told me that Alpha Motorsports cares about their customer(s) and for any reason if I decided return the vehicle I can by December 31st, well, the vehicle was all good after my mechanic checked it out and I can't be more happier with the deal I got and the way I was treated at Alpha Motorsports. More

We made a deal and put down a deposit and they agreed to fix a few issues with the car and we would pick it up in 2 days with the balance of the money. When we came to pick the car up the paperwork did not match the deal we had made! Of course Ahmed was not available and we dealt with Sated. As soon as I pointed out the differences in the paperwork there was an immediate language barrier. I wanted my deposit back but then there was restocking fees etc. and I would have to get with Ahmed to cancel the deal! This is a 45 minute trip for us we finally left with the car but I can't help feeling I was taken for a ride. A shame they have a good selection of used cars to pick from just not very honest. More
