When we came to pick the car up the paperwork did not match the deal we had made! Of course Ahmed was not available and we dealt with Sated. As soon as I pointed out the differences in the paperwork there was an immediate language barrier. I wanted my deposit back but then there was restocking fees etc. and I would have to get with Ahmed to cancel the deal! This is a 45 minute trip for us we finally left with the car but I can't help feeling I was taken for a ride. A shame they have a good selection of used cars to pick from just not very honest. More

He talked me out of it after a chat about my reasons for getting it, needs, etc. Basically, he determined that since I'm going to be driving the car every day in my daily commute, it would be a terrible fit since the car is very lightweight, doesn't do well in bad weather, and has a high insurance cost. I ended up getting a very nice Accord instead and saved a couple thousand. I've gotta say, I'm surprised. I've never dealt with a car sales guy that took a smaller commission to make sure the buyer was making the right decision. Totally cool. More
