I had a car in mind that I was in love with but they didn't have that exact vehicle on their lot. They went out of their way to track down said vehicle and kept me up to date on when they were leaving to pick it up, when it arrived at the dealership and when it was cleaned and ready for me to pick up. I've been to other dealerships and thought they were all the same when it came to customer service, I always felt like I couldn't ask questions and that I was wasting their time. But the employees at Haasz Automall in Ravenna showed me a different side of dealership customer service. We laughed, joked and even got the opportunity to see a magic trick by the one and only Geno! Needless to say, I am very happy with my new Jeep Compass Trailhawk and the wonderful customer service I received. Thank you to everyone that helped out with my car purchase! More
