Buying a car from Kelly Cadillac was a positive experience and we would recommend this dealership. Michelle answered all the questions we had about the 2012 Cadillac SRX and made us feel at home. When we went inside the showroom, we were met by the owner, Goeff Kelly. We found him to be a very hands-on owner and genuinely interested in customer satisfaction as was Michelle. Although the vehicle we were interested in was sold, Goeff Kelly and the Kelly Cadillac team located the car at another dealership and the sale was made. We drove home in our new 2012 SRX the following week. Since the purchase, we have been contacted by Michelle to make sure we were satisfied and check if we had any questions or concerns.
