The service work I had done was a strut and the service of that seems ok but the drivers seat had a big dirt stain on it when I picked it up. We brought our truck in for a oil change. It doesn't rest well with me that I had to pay a "Thousand dollars" over sticker. I understand that some dealerships are doing this and I know first hand that others are not. Sales person was very helpful and help with most everything. Had a Mechinacal problem and service seem to do a good job and so far no problem. Very disappointed in cleaning and detailing and with t everything. Had a Mechinacal problem and service seem to do a good job and so far no problem. Very disappointed in cleaning and detailing and with the simoniz that we paid over $900 for. Was not clean at all the first time we came to pick it up so makes me very concerned about how the simoniz was applied. Does not feel like the one in show room in Beaver Dam. More
