Our warranty work not completed and we still had to pay the deductible besides the communication about it was not adequate. If Summit is selling a warranty they should be the ones to communicate the infor the deductible besides the communication about it was not adequate. Bought my Rubicon from another dealership and needed work done after 4 days of ownership. The team at Griffin were great. They keep me informed and got the service covered under the warranty. They did need done after 4 days of ownership. The team at Griffin were great. They keep me informed and got the service covered under the warranty. They did need to keep it over night and did not have a rental for me. Thankfully the rental company the warranty works with allowed me to leave the rental when my Rubicon was ready. More
