Bought my Rubicon from another dealership and needed work done after 4 days of ownership. The team at Griffin were great. They keep me informed and got the service covered under the warranty. I took my vehicle in for warranty paint work after waiting about 9 months from initial contact to get scheduled. The repair looks good - but the vehicle came back with significant mud in the driver's waiting about 9 months from initial contact to get scheduled. The repair looks good - but the vehicle came back with significant mud in the driver's side (floor and lower door). I also found a few grease spots on the surface of the vehicle where the repairs were completed. I've had much better experience in the past. More
