I have nothing good to say about Tim he is a know it all and treats me the customer like xxxx. Talking down to me, treating me bad when i bring my work truck to get serviced. I would never buy anything from your place and for sure never have my personal truck serviced with you all because of Tim. More

Service Department I found everyone in the service department to be very professional and friendly. Being in the service industry myself, I know how stressful it can become, but I was made to feel very welcomed by everyone I met at the dealership. I will return in the future, for my service needs of my Jeep Wrangler. More

Good service experience Our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country was making a howling/whining noise in the front, so since it still has the powertrain warranty, we returned to Summit Our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country was making a howling/whining noise in the front, so since it still has the powertrain warranty, we returned to Summit for an evaluation. The RF wheel bearing was starting to fail, and had to be replaced. Tim (Service Manager) informed me that they were booked for the day but could maybe fit it in late afternoon. About 2 hours after arrival, they had the problem diagnosed and repaired. While I was disappointed in the quality of the vehicle, and that the repair was not covered under warranty-the Service staff did a great job of promptly addressing the issue. They showed me the failed part when picking up the vehicle-as requested, and everyone was very friendly. Nice job! Bob More
