We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience your recent service visit may have caused you. As soon as you contacted our team, we came and picked up your vehicle, cleaned it up and found it needed an oil filter housing. We made this complimentary repair and ensured the oil was brought back up by the quart it had lost, while also checking for engine lights, over-heating, or any signs of damage. To further apologize for the inconvenience, we have provided you with two free oil changes as well as a gas card. We take full responsibility for any oversight on the part of our team, but we have taken extraordinary steps to rectify this vehicle maintenance issue.
