Great Experience For starters i was a little bit nervous to try and shop around because of the ensuing pandemic but they were only doing appointments. You could not en For starters i was a little bit nervous to try and shop around because of the ensuing pandemic but they were only doing appointments. You could not enter the dealership unless you had one and only two people were allowed at a time. Had the pleasure of working with David who was absolutely phenomenal. He was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable on the Kia Forte i was interested in. After the test drive, the Application process took maybe 20 mins to fill out and after that we started talking over the options i had. My mother who prefers to speak in sometimes had some questions but was not really understanding the process so at that point David had asked his coworker Ziggy for assistance explaining everything to my mother. Ziggy was also very nice and professional. Both were very patient with myself and my mother. The entire staff was great to say the least, George who is the sales manager if I am not mistaken was also nice and we struck up conversation about a completely different interest. I never felt pressured or pushed to sign anything i did not feel comfortable signing. I would highly recommend speaking to any of their sales people, all of them were kind, courteous , and professional. Overall very great experience and i am happy to be the owner of a Brand New Kia Forte Gt! More

I’m very disappointed with my recent car leasing experience at Kia of Huntington. When we arrived to pick up a new 2020 Kia Forte we were taken back to see all the light scratches all over our new experience at Kia of Huntington. When we arrived to pick up a new 2020 Kia Forte we were taken back to see all the light scratches all over our new car. Before signing any lease contract we told them they needed to remove all the scratches as well as the filmy residue on the hood. After washing the car a second time and buffing the car twice, which took us 2 visits, we said the car was finally acceptable for us to sign the lease. I was very frustrated having to point out these significant defects and was told by the salesman that we have to expect scratches and marks as it’s a black car. This response wasn’t acceptable as I’ve purchased several black cars over the past 20 years without having any of these issues. I think it comes down to pride and workmanship and if this dealership was concerned about customer satisfaction then they would have properly prepared the car to Show Room Quality. I can tell you this has never happened at Mazda, Acura, Nissan or Ford where I bought other black cars in the past. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience and I would not recommend them. More
