Axel did an awesome job!!! He was polite and friendly! George needs some training on customer service, telling people he knows nothing about, that they’ve been bad citizens is very rude and demeaning. I would give Axel five stars but this asking me to review my whole experience of the dealership. More

Very personable, passionate and easy to work with. They had our file all ready to go, car ready & the rest went very smoothly. Matt, the general manager, came and spoke to us to check in on us and our experience. We were happy to drive off in our new car! More

First and foremost Zach rocked. He made us comfortable throughout the entire process, listened, understood our circumstances and found what we were looking for exceeding our expectations. George went abov throughout the entire process, listened, understood our circumstances and found what we were looking for exceeding our expectations. George went above and beyond welcoming us and making us feel apart of their family. The finance guys were amazing and the guys in the shop added the bells and whistles I requested surprising my boyfriend the day of pick up. We are extremely satisfied and happy with our experience. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. This is now our one stop shop for all of our vehicle needs in the future. More

Our salesman was very good. We spent more than 7 hours there, purchasing not one but two vehicles. He even came in on his day off to ensure I was in the me and my family! George Bell (manager) ensured I was taken care of through the whole process! He even came in on his day off to ensure I was in the best of hands. Mario Zuniga, was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable about the entire Honda line up and honestly was one of the nicest people I've met. He made sure we knew EVERYTHING about this beautiful SUV and spent so much time with Caden and I while the process was working behind the scenes! Randy in finance was so helpful too! He was able to get me all I needed while maintaining a manageable payment. I know another financial manager was hard at work for me too This is not unnoticed! Unfortunately I did not get the pleasure to meet and thank you in person, but, THANK YOU!! Hands down the BEST service I have ever received at a car dealership! Thank you, thank you for allowing me to stay with a trusting brand and for making me feel like family through this whole process! More
