2X BUYING 2 CARS AT SAME TIME AT RAY CHEVY This is second time my wife and I have purchased newer cars together at the same time from Ray chevy. I keep coming back to Ray due to George Gigoviski. This time I go to work with Hugo, he was great very friendly and courteous. I have no problems driving out to Fox lake when I live in Lake in the Hills for a great experience. I will continue to do business with Ray Chevy when looking to buy a car. I can truthfully say I hate buying new cars but the team of members, George Gigovski, HugoAyala, Randy Miller, and David Cooper, were great to work with. You can't go wrong going to Ray Chevy for a vehicle!!! More

3rd time buyer I purchased a used Chevy Avalanche from Ray Chevy back in 2010. I had a great experience with Hugo. Which is why I returned to buy another in 2011. Great Experience I just purchased my second vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. I worked with Ray Scarpelli Jr. and he took excellent care of me. Ray spent the time with me I just purchased my second vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. I worked with Ray Scarpelli Jr. and he took excellent care of me. Ray spent the time with me to answer all of my questions and concerns and I never felt pressured. The day after I got the vehicle home, I noticed a couple of issues. I contacted them and Manager George Gigovski told me to bring the truck back in and they would take care of my issues. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I brought it back that night and Service Advisor Rob Chavez took it in and gave me a loaner to use while they worked on it. I picked it back up the next day and everything was taken care of and repaired. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my experience from the minute I stepped in the door at Ray Chevrolet. Everyone there treats you like you are part of the family. If you are looking to purchase another vehicle, I would highly recommend Ray Chevrolet. More

They treated us good. Decent service over all I give these guys 3 stars. Reason being because they were not willing to negotiate not one dime even though it was a used car and the remote key did n I give these guys 3 stars. Reason being because they were not willing to negotiate not one dime even though it was a used car and the remote key did not work; as advertised on their website. The account manager David Cooper never got back to me. The process took longer than expected. My sells guy Ray Jr. was very polite but would slam the car door way to hard. Over all decent service.
