We have copies of the communication in writing between you and George about the noise that you said you were hearing & that could not be detected by our service department. We requested multiple times for you to ride along with them to point out the noise that we were not hearing, but you refused. You would only send recordings and our technicians could not get your vehicle to mimic what was happening in those recordings. We told you that we cannot fix something that we can't hear or see. We never refused to fix your vehicle. We have no incoming calls from Ford Corporate on our call log. The dealership never reached out or attempted in the slightest to discuss the matter further or address the concerns of refusing to fix my vehicle under warranty. Even Ford corporate was confused and shocked by the lack of professionalism and the corporate liason was unable to contact the service manager because they called and the line mysteriously drops after requesting to speak with the service manager.

Ok, I'll post the voicemail where the service manager clearly states the tech's DID hear the noise. They attempted to repair it, gave the truck back, and the vehicle still made the SAME noise. The truck was with Ken Ganley Ford Parma for months and no repairs were done. The fact that a representative is here arguing instead of resolving the issue should tell any customers all they need to know about this shop. Thanks!

Since you want to pretend like Ford never contacted your shop, Here's the transcript from Ford Corporate and their recommendation to see another shop since Ken Ganley Parma is fully incompetent. "Good afternoon, I've tried reaching out to the service department 2 more times since we disconnected. I stayed on hold an additional 7mins after we hung up and no one ever came back to the phone. Just called again and was transferred twice until the line disconnected. If you've experienced similar things, then I understand and recommend having the vehicle looked at by another dealership. We can ultimately only recommend repairing or looking at a vehicle." Then why didn’t Ken who was suppose to meet me at dealer didn’t show up and had my lousy salesman Mark do his dirty work and Mark said it was a Ford dealership and the Cadillac I sold me so he told me to go to a Cadillac dealer with my questions. U rip me off then don’t know shit about what u sold me. When I showed him the broken key fob he told me to tape it and it’ll work? He said ford wouldn’t get me a new one.
