It's ok dealership but the salesman didn't really do things I felt he should have done and I felt like I was aggravating or annoying him because I was asking questions I felt I should be asking. George is full of himself. After having our last conversation his demeanor was awful. He has obviously worked for this dealership too long. The salesman didn’t know what he was doing. They “lost” keys to the Renegade I was wanting to look at. Bought the renegade against better judgment went to leave that night had some issues with the vehicle before leaving the dealership and no one was left at the dealership. Nobody was to be found to make sure everything was good before we left. In the midst of moving our license plates over to the new vehicle they couldn’t get the back one off. They said they would mail the plate with the title. Never received the plate and now they are saying they can’t find the edge I traded in and they are so sorry. The salesman hits me up and says that I would have to buy new plates anyways. Last time I checked you can transfer plates from one vehicle to another. This place is crooked. They will take advantage of you and lie to your face. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Save yourself the heartache and shop elsewhere. I had asked for the lug nuts to be replaced before purchasing the vehicle because the caps were missing. Mike in finance told me that the tool that was supposed to open the sunroof was the “locking lug nut tool” to use to remove the lug nuts. Mind you the tool he referred to was a T30 bit.
