A refreshing dealership experience I was not planning on buying a new car, and came in to look at the range of models before buying used. However, the salesman, George, was so calmly h I was not planning on buying a new car, and came in to look at the range of models before buying used. However, the salesman, George, was so calmly helpful and "non-salesly" that I decided just to buy new. I'm usually more reticent to buy new because the sales process is so awful, with salesmen constantly trying to upsell and playing games. In contrast, this was one of most straightforward car buys I've ever made and attribute it to the low pressure approach of George and the Bob Baker organization. George built my trust by listening to what I was looking for and guiding me to the right model & trim. He guided me away from both higher and lower end options and built my trust by being clear that he was looking to get me in the right car for me and not the right car for the dealer. The model I bought was selling very quickly and George could have jammed me with pressure but he didn't at all. He jumped through hoops to find a color I liked in stock and made it easy to just buy on the spot. George was quite knowledgeable about the various features of each model/trim and was careful to point out the aspects most applicable to my situation. New car paperwork is always a pain in California even when buying cash, but George and Seth made it as quick and smooth as possible. By the time we were done with the paperwork, George had the new car cleaned up, with temp plates on and was waiting to walk me through the basics. I will recommend this dealer without hesitation to friends. More

Called and talked with the dealership. They gave us a quote and a really good deal on the 2020 Jetta. When we arrived unlike some other dealerships they gave us the deal they quoted on the phone, no hass quote and a really good deal on the 2020 Jetta. When we arrived unlike some other dealerships they gave us the deal they quoted on the phone, no hassles or bait and switch. The whole deal only took a couple of hours to complete once we got there. The gave us a good price on our trade in, a very nice experience compared to other dealers I tried. Would definitely go there again for another purchase. More
