I have to admit it was a long process and I dealt with a lot of different personalities and people but they were all very kind and understanding. From the first salesman I guess I misunderstood and thought a 7 hundred thousand miles warranty came with the car for no additional fees But that was not the case. I was purchasing a 2017 Subaru outback limited. After many hours I ended up leaving without purchasing the vehicle because of the additional fees and the Carfax report which did not include any service for the vehicle. I was heartbroken but I didn’t want to be pressured or purchase any additional items. Both Joshua and the finance gentleman that nigh assured me That it was no problem to walk away from the deal. Joshua the following day contacted me and sent me the records on the vehicle and how it was maintained As well as offered me the warranty. He went Above and beyond to try to make me happy with a deal. I appreciate Joshua’s perseverance and trying to get me into the car that I really wanted at a fair and reasonable cost. I had been here on vacation and had out-of-state plates and Was not registering It in California so it was quite the complicated deal but Joshua did not give up an we worked it out.
