Great experience. Bob Baker made us feel very welcome. The staff were all very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn’t make us feel pressured. The pricing was clear Bob Baker made us feel very welcome. The staff were all very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn’t make us feel pressured. The pricing was clear and straightforward and the sales consultant found an additional rebate we were eligible for. We tried to be prudent and go test drive some other vehicles before deciding on the Subaru but there was no competition- we were back at Bob Baker within a few hours. More

Best SUBARU Dealership in So. Cal. Before Bob Baker I visited two other SUBARU dealerships with not very good experience. To the extent that I gave up and was ready to lease another car. I came across BBaker by coincidence and I’m glad I did. I would like to congratulate you for the professionalism of your sales and finance staffs which helped me with my lease. More

Smooth process, cumbersome drive-off No-nonsense and positive experience dealing with the sales agent George Mang, not so much with regard to the tech crew's efficiency, quality, and resp No-nonsense and positive experience dealing with the sales agent George Mang, not so much with regard to the tech crew's efficiency, quality, and responsibility. Ended up with a stained seat and still without a requested floor mat that was missing, despite a rather long "detailing". I have to admit it was a long process and I dealt with a lot of different personalities and people but they were all very kind and understanding. From the first salesman I guess I misunderstood and thought a 7 hundred thousand miles warranty came with the car for no additional fees But that was not the case. I was purchasing a 2017 Subaru outback limited. After many hours I ended up leaving without purchasing the vehicle because of the additional fees and the Carfax report which did not include any service for the vehicle. I was heartbroken but I didn’t want to be pressured or purchase any additional items. Both Joshua and the finance gentleman that nigh assured me That it was no problem to walk away from the deal. Joshua the following day contacted me and sent me the records on the vehicle and how it was maintained As well as offered me the warranty. He went Above and beyond to try to make me happy with a deal. I appreciate Joshua’s perseverance and trying to get me into the car that I really wanted at a fair and reasonable cost. I had been here on vacation and had out-of-state plates and Was not registering It in California so it was quite the complicated deal but Joshua did not give up an we worked it out. I recommend asking for Joshua and letting him work for you. I am the proud first time owner of a Subaru Thanks to Joshua! C Magnes More
