The car was cleaned and checked for recalls prior to me even purchasing. Before picking up the vehicle, it was sent to the shop for anything that was not perfect (including paint scuffs or software updates; both of which were pointed out by the dealer as courtesy to me). Great experience and friendly staff This is my first time purchasing a truck from Bournes and experience was great I also enjoyed that there was no pressure when you walk in to buy a veh This is my first time purchasing a truck from Bournes and experience was great I also enjoyed that there was no pressure when you walk in to buy a vehicle like at other dealerships. I was greated multiple employees and introduced to Christine she was very eager to help and was a pleasure to work with. After test driving a few trucks and deciding on the one I wanted Christine took care of everything and made the buying process hassle free I would recomed her to anyone. I also worked with George in the finance department to finalize the sale he was also great to work with he took the time to explane everything to me with no feeling of being rushed to sighn papperwork until I understand everything. I will definitely return to Bournes if in need of another. More

There were some minor issues that they took care of free of charge. They aren't pushy in the least and are really just looking out for their customers.
