Been coming here for two years straight for all my oil changes and tire rotations with no problems because the car is new and nothing really needs to be changed besides that. So now I'm hearing a noise changes and tire rotations with no problems because the car is new and nothing really needs to be changed besides that. So now I'm hearing a noise from the AC I bring it in , first day they don't hear anything so they tell us to come in and show us the noise we hear 20 mins before the mechanic goes home. On our way , they finally hear the noise. At this point we turn around and wait to hear what happens the next day. So it's 1pm I haven't heard anything so I call. They are still figuring it out & they will call back when they find the issue . 3pm they find out the condenser is leaking Freon therefore it has to be replaced and since it's under warranty they will replace it TOMORROW. So this is going on day 3 and all this time I'm carless with 4 kids at home and my Husband at work with his car. I was never offered a loaner or anything . So day 3 the car was finally finished at 4pm just in time for me to take my kids to their mma class. They send someone to pick me up which was the best thing they did. Get my car back & it's STILL MAKING THE SAMS NOISE. At this point I leave bc I already signed the papers and they brought the car to me and never said hey let's test drive before u leave . So besides this concern I also had a tire rotation, oil change and a differential oil change as well. Before I took my car in I knew I had a nail in my tire and it has a slow leak but I plan to get it repaired else wear. So tell me why they never noticed the mail in my tire & THEY DIDNT PUT AIR IN MY TIRES! So on top of hearing the noise on my way to the freeways I get an alert that my tire pressure is low on my tire that has a slow leak. I knew what the tire pressures were before I came in and didn't tell them specifically to put air in my tires bc I know that is mandatory. I called back they advised me to drive it a few days to see if the noise goes away some how. Drive it a week with the noise coming back less often then the first time. I filled complaint with dodge about everything . I'm back in the shop this last Monday after not being able to get ahold of the lady who called me to take care of my issues and concerns. I called her 5 days straight , leaving 3 voicemails and never a call back. I go in ask for her directly , she meets me and remembers who I was and like nothing she tells me she will take care of everything with the car. She take me to George who is very nice and the veteran service writer. He is very nice and sits in the car with me trying to determine the sound. He hears it and tells me he thinks it's the blower motor ( but since he isn't a mechanic he shouldn't of try to make a guess in my opinion) . He does do a good job of getting the mechanic and showing him the noise as well. Once they get my car in I don't hear from them until the next day after I called in around 1 again. They said the Freon way LOW like almost empty!!!! Are u kidding me. So I worked at a dealership and a mother car shop before so I know that any AC job requires an an recharge which is with a machine that puts the FREON IN YOUR CAR. So the idiot mechanic most of not even noticed that there was no Freon in the machine and all this headache is because of him!! So this time I come and George goes to the car with me to hear for the noise which is now gone because the Freon is full and isn't messing up my car anymore !! So when I'm loading up my kids in the suv I notice all my car seats were taken out and the two back rows were out down for some odd reason! They shouldn't have even been in my car for an AC issue . I now had to connect 3 car seats and they used a whole quarter of a tank . I had just filled up my car before I went here so that was noticeable . Can't help but think they used my car to load stuff up and take somewhere else !! Never ever ever coming back to this very UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP! More

Disappointing to say the least Finally got my 2018 pro master van back after 3 days it took that long to replace the front shocks with an appointment. As I drove off I noticed the time and date On the dash wasn't reset and the complimentary wash is someone wiping a dirty soapy rag on your windows. Not the first go round with them , I’ve complained to Craig about it before, he asked me if I wanted to go out to the parking lot and settle it. It god on and on. Stay away from this place They don’t car. More

Worst group of car sales, Staff, management, service. go elsewhere, lie to your face - bait and switch, verbal commitment to sell one anything then NOT honoring it, even though they claim to be a smaller go elsewhere, lie to your face - bait and switch, verbal commitment to sell one anything then NOT honoring it, even though they claim to be a smaller more caring dealer ship. Bought truck their, obviously now wish I had not. They jerked me around on the loan even though i went in there w my bank loan FULLU approved - tried to switch loans on the actual docs, scummmmmmmy. if I hadn't bought it, I would have been committed to their bank not mine, ran credit of wife and myself without authorization, said it was their legal right and part of the sale process. Striahg out of the gate semi criminal, do your self a favor BUY elsewhere, you will not get any service after and even during the process. My fault for not researching yes, now dealing with lip service form the managers of the dealership, Dodge themselves ironically "know" how crappy this dealership is and won't do anything to help the financial loss. So before your wounded, go elsewhere, Toyota, Ford, Chevy. Be guided by the reviews overall, not the one or two ( that they write ) string how unreliable they are from start to finish. More

When I came to McPeek Dodge, I was very pissed off about what had happened to my daughter and I after leaving another dealership service department 30 minutes earlier when the vehicle stopped on the freeway what had happened to my daughter and I after leaving another dealership service department 30 minutes earlier when the vehicle stopped on the freeway in traffic. I would like to thank George Medina for his professionalism and great attitude. He was very helpful when it came to dealing with the repairs on my vehicle. He kept me informed of what was going on and how much time he would need to complete the repairs on my vehicle. His professionalism cannot go unnoticed and I believe that he is a great asset to the service department there at McPeek Dodge. Sorry it has taken me this long to send my remarks, but he should be recognized for his excellent customer service. Thank you George, and I would recommend anyone to you for their service needs. If anyone were to ask me “Why do you take your car to McPeek for service, instead of an independent mechanic?” my first response would be “George Medina!” Although I receive great service from the S McPeek for service, instead of an independent mechanic?” my first response would be “George Medina!” Although I receive great service from the Service Department, George is the reason I continue to patron McPeek! He is knowledgeable and has the GREATEST customer service! He makes me feel like I’m his only customer…even though he has a line of people wanting to see him! (They must feel the same as me!) Thank you George for everything! You are the BEST at what you do!!!! More
