I would like to thank George Medina for his professionalism and great attitude. He was very helpful when it came to dealing with the repairs on my vehicle. He kept me informed of what was going on and how much time he would need to complete the repairs on my vehicle. His professionalism cannot go unnoticed and I believe that he is a great asset to the service department there at McPeek Dodge. Sorry it has taken me this long to send my remarks, but he should be recognized for his excellent customer service. Thank you George, and I would recommend anyone to you for their service needs. Let me tell you, McPeek’s has a team that truly values customer service. From the men and women in the service department, to the people behind the counter, the sales team, finance and management, all of them are friendly, helpful and treat you like a valued customer. Look, I have been to many other dealers in Orange County and no one can compare to McPeek’s in term of customer service, and I don’t say that lightly. If you’re in the market for a Dodge, give McPeek’s a try… check them out and see if your experience is the same a mine. I highly recommend them. More
